WHY BOOKS AND BUFFALO WINGS?

According to legend, in 2014, "Buffalo Wings" was suggested as a class nickname by Mr. Williams' former fifth-grade student, Izabella Reis, who blurted out the moniker after soliciting responses for a classroom nickname.  "After eating buffalo wings during the Super Bowl, it was the first thing that came to mind," Izabella mused.  Ever since, particularly during inter-classroom competitions, Buffalo Wings has come to represent camaraderie, family, and tradition.
